Reshaping Teeth
Enameloplasty or 'reshaping' is a term used to describe the treatment of smoothing and filing certain areas of a tooth to make it blend in better with the rest of the teeth in the mouth. One can have one tooth or more reshaped at a time. This is a mostly pain free procedure and there is no need for any anesthetic.
It only takes a single appointment, so if you have some teeth which are out of shape, longer or shorter than the others, have rough edges irritating the tissues, small chips, or some other problem, then please ask us if 'reshaping' will be beneficial to you.
